I’ve heard that the Bottomslim program out of Singapore is able to help women achieve results that can typically only be gained from a gym. This is amazing if it’s true; I know there are some methods that can be used to do this and that they are generally difficult to attain but with the right combination of dieting, light exercise and specific techniques it is entirely possible to shape the thighs, buttocks and even the tummy. While getting full body results that display any significant tone or definition may always require a trip to the gym, something minor can be done in the comfort of home.
I’m a supporter of programs like that despite the fact that I will always encourage people to go to the gym. It’s important to be able to learn the basics of exercising as it’s the very foundation of staying fit and healthy in a modern world. It’s far too easy to simply sit around and allow ourselves to grow overtly comfortable. It was a bad habit that I picked up myself not so very long ago and I spent nearly two years being a ‘homebody’. I almost never left my home except to do grocery shopping or work.

Now, 3 years later, I am in better shape than I ever have been because I pushed myself day in and day out to go to the gym. I had an ideal weight in mind that I reminded myself of every single day. This is what helped fuel my drive; the reminder that I can reach the goal if I want it bad enough. It doesn’t mean that I don’t like the idea of an easy way out but they’re hard to find.
